Join in the fun at the 3rd Annual Fund Raiser for the Chamber
of Commerce. The Chamber is working towards building a new
Chamber/Visitors Center. The building will be located at the west end of
town adjacent to the Moran Park. Pacific Corp is finalizing a memorandum
that donates the footprint of the building. The City is working out
details to provide infrastructure to the site. The
proposed new Chamber building will also host a variety of displays and
informational kiosks about our community.
The Chamber Board is working towards having a building completed by
the end of 2008. This means much work is yet to do.
The new center will direct travelers to businesses and attractions
in Black Tie and Casino Night, What Happens at the Ball, Stays at the Ball, is the theme for the night! Bring your date, strut your stuff, Casino Games and bid on the several great auction items. The Committee's goal is to raise $10,000.00 towards the new building and have a fun event for the community to participate in. Tickets January 28, 2006 Green River Chamber of Commerce
