Road turns down into First Spring Canyon

Almost to the bottom and nearing town.


Tea Pot and Sugar Bowl one of many rock Formations surrounding Green River. These are about 3 miles from the finish line and as you enter town.


Crossing under I-80 as you get to town.

 

Runners will be picked up at Expedition Island at 5 a.m., Saturday the 26th of August and transported to the beginning point via bus; race starts at 6:30 a.m..  Aid Stations will be every 2 miles with snacks, water and Powerade. Porta Potties will be at the beginning point and 1/2 way point.

Race starts out with a gradual incline for about 2 miles.

Runners will have beautiful vistas with the Sand Dunes to the east.

You will also be able to see three mountain ranges from the top; the Wind Rivers to the east, the Wyoming Range to the west and the Uintas to the South!
